Why do franchises fail? This is probably one of the most common questions that I am asked. But why aren’t people asking me how to learn to drive top performance in a franchise?
Ultimately, don’t they want to know how to be successful? Just because a franchisee tells you why they were not successful doesn’t mean that’s the actual reason they were not successful because if they really knew what was causing their demise, wouldn’t they fix it?
But, when a top performing franchisee shares the science of how they do what they do such that you can build your own sales plan around their science, then you have factual information for how to win.
Plus, when you know how the winners are winning, you will 100% know how to fail.
