Build cash flow you own and control

Working for someone else has left you with little time to prioritize your own values and goals - and an investment portfolio that is asset heavy and cash flow poor. It's time to chart your own path to personal, professional and financial freedom, enjoy the tax advantages of the "rich" and leave a legacy for your family.

Whether you're investing to build an empire or a second income, to work your business full-time or part-time, you don't need $1M to qualify, an MBA or any prior business ownership experience. You'll leverage Kim's 20+ years of industry experience, knowledge and relationships to explore a select group of franchises that align to your background, interests, skills, finances and goals - and decide if franchise ownership is right for you.

Kim's services are totally free to you, with no obligation. Come and explore - there's more to franchising than food and retail.

Entrepreneurship vs. Franchisepreneurship

Risk Mitigation, Leverage & Scale

Should you buy a business, start a business or invest in a franchise? Franchising allows you to skip the steepest part of the learning curve and leverage yourself through systems, tools, technology and brands. You build cash flow you own and control and an asset you can sell.

Mitigate the Risks

Don't reinvent the wheel of ownership. Invest in a proven system with structure, marketing support, technology and tools.

Don't Go it Alone

Entrepreneurship is very lonely. An investment in a franchise is about finding people who have a track record of success and a vision for the future and partnering with them for mentorship and support.

Cash Flow, Equity & Tax Advantage

Entrepreneurs and franchisepreneurs enjoy owning cash flow, but wealth is always created through scale, and franchising was built for scale. Plus, franchise brand equity can multiply the asset value.

What Kim's former candidates have to say

"Exceeded our expectations!"

Thank you for introducing me to the world of franchises and entrepreneurship. Over nine years ago you introduced me to My Salon Suite and you set my wife and me on a journey that far exceeded our expectations. Now, after successfully opening and operating two locations, it is time for us to move on to our next journey… retirement.

We just recently sold both locations to a new My Salon Suite franchisee at 100% occupancy - after being voted the best salon in Gwinnett County, GA for three consecutive years!

Kim, I could not have done it without your guidance and process that helped me select the perfect franchise for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

FAQ

Common questions about franchise ownership

- Do I need franchise or industry experience to own a franchise?

No. Most of the people I work with come straight out of corporate careers. Franchising exists precisely because the brand supplies the model, the training and the systems. What you bring is leadership, discipline and the ability to follow a proven process.

- What does it cost to work with Kim Daly?

Nothing. My consulting is free to you. I am compensated by the franchise brands when a candidate I introduce becomes an owner, which means you get an experienced guide through the entire process at no cost and with no obligation.

- How much do I need to invest in a franchise?

Investment requirements vary widely by franchise and business model. Most franchisors have minimum financial qualifications, including available liquid capital and net worth. Part of the discovery process is understanding the investment requirements of each opportunity so you can decide what makes sense for you.

- Can I keep my job while owning a franchise?

Possibly. Some franchise models can be operated semi-actively with a full-time general manager running the day-to-day business. Whether that works for you depends on the franchise, the demands of your current job and your skills and experience. Even with a general manager in place, you should expect to remain actively involved in overseeing and growing the business.
