There’s a science to getting rich. In fact, Rhonda Byrne wrote the book, The Secret, based on Wallace Wattle’s book, “The Science of Getting Rich,” and both authors inspired millions of people to acknowledge the natural laws that govern success.
If there are laws that govern success, and success is guaranteed if you operate “in a certain way,” according to Wallace Wattles, then what are the laws and what is “the certain way” he refers to throughout his book?
The first and most important law of success is that you must know what you want. Now, on the surface, this seems like an obvious fact, but please go deeper than surface level. What is it that
you really want? What dreams do you hold deep inside of you that are so big, so crazy that you don’t even dare speak them out loud for fear of embarrassment? Those are the dreams worth
pursuing. Those are the dreams that are guaranteed…by law… if you learn to work in harmony with these winning principles.
Many people say things like, “I want to earn one million dollars,” “I want to win the lottery,” or “I want to retire by 50.” But do they actually mean it? If this is you, what are you willing to do to
make your dreams come true?
You must know WHAT you want and WHY you want it. If you don’t know why you want something, your motivation will wane. It is not enough to say, “I want one million dollars.” You
must know what you are going to do with the money. The universe works by “supply and demand.” This is one of the laws, so until you create the demand for the money, the supply will
not show up. If you plan to build your dream house with the money, start making plans for the home today; hire an architect and design the floor plan, look at Pinterest and find rooms with
décor that inspire you and print them out. Create a vision board with your inspired images. THIS IS WORKING BY LAW.
When you dream in vivid color such that just the thought of the home creates excitement in you, you are now working by law. The law states: Ask + Believe = Receive. You are asking when you
are visualizing and creating a feeling inside of you how it will be when you have what you want. This vision you are creating is your work. How you get the money or build the home is NOT your
job. The “How” will be revealed when your vision is crystal clear and evokes a deep excitement and sense of satisfaction at the thought of having it. That’s the asking that the Universe will
respond to. Your job is to create and hold the vision, and as you are sitting with your desire, wait for that still small voice to tell you what to do next. You may receive an unexpected inheritance,
or land a huge client, and the money you receive will be exactly what you need for your dream home. You may feel inspired to reach out to someone or to take some action. Follow those
impulses. That inspired action is the second step once you ask BIG and with clarity and feeling. In my own manifestation experiences, I don’t usually get one big answer, but I will have an
inspired idea, and from that idea another idea will come and so on. If you’re only going to be happy to get your dream home if you win the lottery or get the money in one way, you are going
to miss out on the magic of how the creative process works. God/Universe wants to co-create with you. You will be truly amazed at the “coincidences” or “lucky breaks” that come your way
when you ask in a big way with clarity and feeling and hold the vision.
