There are many reasons I am so passionate about my business, but one of the key factors to my success in my role as a franchise consultant is my never ending desire to grow, learn and become more. The more I become, the more I can give back.
For example, in 2011 when I built one of the largest franchise consulting businesses in the country, I didn’t sit back on my success and rest. I turned my success into coaching lessons that I could share with my candidates so they, too, could become top performers in their businesses.
What does personal growth mean? It means learning by reading great books and listening to podcast, building my network through live and virtual events and being open to experiences and opportunities.
