Why do franchisees within the same system have variable results?
Imagine if you and 3 friends join a gym to lose weight and get in shape. Then, you all hire the same personal trainer who trains you in a one hour boot camp, 4x per week.
Do you all lose weight at the same time? NO! Do you all lose the same amount of weight? NO! Do some of you quit? More than likely YES! Does one of you achieve way more than everyone
else? Quite possibly YES!
If you all had the same environment to workout in, the same trainer and schedule, why then did your results vary? Individual results vary based on effort, intensity, consistency, what
you do in the other 23 hours that you’re not in the gym, your attitude, etc.
The same is true of a franchise system. While all franchisees are working with the same plan in similar size markets, individual results will vary based on effort, intensity, consistency,
attitude, etc.
In a proven franchise system, the plan works. How well the plan will work for you depends on how you will work the plan.
